Knowmads Business School Amsterdam and Elos Netherlands invite you for a WTF lecture about creating a worldwide movement of young change leaders. Rodrigo Alonso, co-founder of Institiuto Elos and Mariana Felipe will share their experience with the Warriors Without Weapons program, a month long intensive school inviting 60 young people from over 20 countries worldwide to come to Brazil to be trained to be a Warrior Without Weapons.

The Warriors Without Weapons program is an invitation for participants to use playfulness as a way to involve communities in transforming their reality. While doing so in favela’s the participants get the skills and experience to do the same in their own communities afterwards. After 10 years of running these programs it has affected 10.000’s of people worldwide building a community of powerful young leaders all over the world.

This lecture will include the presentation of a video of a recent warriors program and the presentation of a photo book.
