For me this was also a reminder how everybody has beautiful dreams (duh!), yet it’s a topic that doesn’t come up often in my life in between the chaos of to-do lists, learning and processing. I often find myself sleeping instead of dreaming at any moment of rest whereas dreaming makes me so happy again!
On a very practical level, it’s a great tool to experience, because it is really efficient and could open minds (it did for mine). I think it fits the natural way we do stuff at Knowmads, it’s an active session where we will be facilitated to coach each other. We connect to our dreams and stimulate our growth to reach them, yep sounds like Knowmads.
