Some information about what preceded Knowmads history
In September 2007 we started KaosPilots in Rotterdam, inspired by the school in Denmark. In this two years we did a lot.
We worked with Team 1 ( 17 members, 7 nationalities) on different projects for De Baak, Ordina, Red Bull, Claesens Erdmann and Rijkswaterstaat. During the year we visited Scandinavia, we went with a fire truck to make a survey on social innovation in Eastern Europe and went to the summit I-genius in Thailand.
Also we got Workshops from different (international ) professionals about Marketing, Project Design, Communications and Business Design.
In September 2008 Team 2 got in after an admision-workshop. The school doubled in size and became even more of a community. Team 2 went through the same program as Team 1 in the first year, Team 1 did a semester Process Design and worked for companies like Phillips, De Baak, Norske TV etc. In march 2009 Team 1 went to Israel/Plaestine for 3 months to work there .
