My first 3 months at Knowmads
It is the 22nd of November, exactly 3 months since I landed in the Netherlands.
I was postponing writing this blog for ages. One of my patterns I see very clearly now- I am not used to doing anything significant if it is not urgent, imperitive or if I don’t get magically inspired from somewhere. I guess it is part of the unlearning phase (first part of our school year).
Moving here was pretty radical. When I finally chose to join Knowmads, I had only a few days left before the program started. Nothing arranged. I packed all my stuff, let my father know that I am moving and arranged that he pays 5500€ for the year tuition as well as got my wider family to agree with collectively giving me monthly support to cover my costs. In three days I was flying. Before that I was procrastinating for about a year what is my next step going to be. Hmm… pattern 🙂 ?
To give you a taste of how my last week looked like: on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday evening I was assisting on an powerful workshop about recreating who you are and what do you stand for in the world, on Wednesday we had a workshop about Public speaking that comes from your heart and truly reaches people, on Thursday I joined a workshop that is called Radical Honesty and was focused on communicating what we avoid most saying, yesterday and today I was part of another awesome workshop called Leadership Embodiment which is about maintaining the optimal posture while remaining relaxed and natural and so stimulating the production of hormones that generate your wellbeing. After the time spent here I have allready taken more than 15 workshops, got the chance to write a blog for a great Buddhistic festival (<http://shambhalatimes.org/2014/10/01/understanding-the-power-of-human-mind/>), I drew my first intuitive drawing, I met many new extraordinary people from all over the world, I got a new girlfriend with which we have a divine loving connection and a beautiful apartment. I also find it much easyer to be with all sorts of people and to speak publicly. I am enormously grateful for all of this and open for more. Life is just beautiful. And recently I discovered one more thing. I want to have my own workshops and travel around the world at the same time. My girlfriend wants the same. How cool and crazy.
