Press, Knowmads application feb 2011, Open Day and Knowmads in the news

Dear all,

We are grateful for all the press coverage we got in the last weeks. On Dutch national television ‘Journaal op 3’, on radio 3FM and a great article about Naomi & Knowmads in ‘Het Financieel Dagblad’, the Dutch Financial Times. We are happy to see that our story is spreading more and more!

So what did we actually do these weeks?
Amongst our usual workshops we had some great WTF-Lectures from Laura Fraanje, an inspiring and innovative stewardess from KLM and from Sydney Levinson, our crazy and fabulous Knowmads advisor from London. The Tribe was also active at PICNIC festival, making new contacts and having lots of fun.
We have new assignments coming up from ODE Magazine, Achmea Insurances, Provence of Northern Holland and MPI. Let’s see what we can grow together!
We are also happy with our new partner Brada Kuttner Attorneys. We hope that we can change the International Business Law together with them. Thank you Shai Kuttner for the trust!

We are looking for new Knowmads
And of course we are wondering which other change makers want to work on projects with us… Our application procedure is open for new students, so keep your eyes and ears wide open for Knowmadic talent! They will start February 2011!

If you still want to learn more about Knowmads or wish to experience what we are doing, you are welcome at our Open Day, the 16th of October. The doors are open from 13.00 hours onwards at our Headquarters, Hembrugstraat 156 in Amsterdam.

The far east
Last but not least, today we will leave with 5 of us to Seoul, South Korea, until the 10th of October. We are invited to give a workshop at the Creative Summit, together with other innovative education from all over the world. Hajja University organizes this event, where 5.000 people are invited! KLM, one of our partners, gave us an international assignment and sponsored 2 flight-tickets!
