About two weeks ago Knowmads send out the latest Newsletter. As usual, I share it also here on the blog a little after for those who did not sign up yet or skipped the mail.

Knowmads started again after the holidays, new tribe members and more

Dear readers, we are back from a well deserved holiday and want to inform you on our activities. On Monday August the 2nd we started again after the 3 weeks holiday break. Right away we initiated a lot.

New Tribe members

First we will welcome home 3 new members to Tribe 1 next Monday. Ditte, Roy and Sandra will join the journey of Tribe 1 and we are looking forward to working with them.

We have started the new application round for becoming a student in February 2011. Check apply for the next tribe

Info meeting / Open day

Block your agenda on October 16th. From 13.30 until 16.30 we will have an information meeting/open day @ Hembrugstraat 156 in Amsterdam.

Stichting DOEN

Really good news, Stichting DOEN decided that they want Knowmads to grow stronger and therefor support us. We are really happy and look forward to working together. Info about Stichting DOEN can be found on http://www.doen.nl/

Our Projects

We looked at the projects we are working on and found out that the 12 members of Tribe 1 work on 24 projects! Read about the progress on projects at the Tribe weblog
We have also started to make a movie about who we are and what we do. Upcoming!

Creativity Summit in Seoul

We are honored to be invited to the Creativity Summit in Seoul, South Korea. We will go there with 3 to 5 Knowmads to give a crash-course “Educating changemakers”. Initiator of the summit is the Haja Center, a school with the same heartbeat as Knowmads. More info:
