We believe in learning by doing. This is why we work with partners and their challenges. Assignments can be anything from a one-day co-creation session to a year long process of exploring the role of sustainability in a company.
During a year at Knowmads we bring in at least four assignments from our partners. These assignments are always related to the topics: entrepreneurship, personal development, social innovation and sustainability, project design, process design, or marketing & creativity. The students will choose which assignments they want to work on but they also bring in their own projects.
Together with an employee of the company students create a real working solution for the assignment the partner brought in. We present this in a pitch, together with a quote and working plan. When the partner accepts the plan students will execute it in collaboration with our partner. The Knowmads staff will guide throughout the assignment and will bring in experts for input and inspiration.
50% of the income will be divided among the students and 50% of the income is for Knowmads. This model provides income during studies and students can (partly) earn their tuition fee back.
